DA SILVA SAYS UNITED NOW MEAN MORE BUSINESS THAN EVER
With the current activities that English Premier League giants Manchester United have done in recent weeks and look like they will continue doing, they are sending a clear and strong message that they are very much interested in getting ready to start climbing the ladder back to the top of the elite club's list. The Red Devils have been busy both on and off the pitch recently and their fans are getting all excited about the new developments that have been taking place at the Theater of Dreams.
With the Old Trafford giants already active in the summer transfer window following the signing of Jadon Sancho from German Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund some days ago and their continued negotiations with Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid to sign their French defender Raphael Varane, it looks like they are finally hearing up to compete with the best clubs in Europe for major titles from next season.
Sancho was signed from Dortmund to help bolster the club's attack while Varane has been sighted by Solksjær as the man that will partner Harry Maguire at the heart of the defense. They have also shown interest in signing a midfielder after they reportedly approached French Ligue 1 side Rennes for midfielder Eduardo Camavinga and German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich for their French midfield star Corentin Tolisso.
They have also followed up with those transfer activities following their recent announcement that manager Olé Gunnar Solksjær has signed a new contract extension on Friday. According to their former defender Fabio Da Silva, the club are now returning in shape and will be ready to compete with Europe's best clubs from next season; something they have not been able to do for a long time now since Sir Alex Ferguson retired as their manager.
