The Manchester United right back Rafael Da Silva has said that he misses his twin brother Fabio Da Silva a lot since the Brazilian moved to the Premier league club QPR on a season long loan deal.

Due to the presence of Patrice Evra in the left back position, the manager Sir Alex Ferguson decided to send the youngster on a loan deal till the end of the season. Even though he is at the club where he should get a lot of games, Fabio Da Silva has largely found himself on the sidelines due to a number of injury problems.

Rafael Da Silva has said that separation has been extremely tough, but it is something that is making them be more mature. He has said that Fabio Da Silva still remains in regular touch, but has always been complaining everytime he calls. This is due to the number of injury problems he has been facing since moving to QPR at the start of the season. QPR will be making the trip to Manchester United shortly, but Fabio Da Silva will not be eligible to play in this match due to the terms of the loan deal. He is expected to be back in the first team shortly.

“He is always calling me back to say something is not good. It’s always been like this. He is back in training now and maybe, when he plays again, we’ll keep doing this. We’re close and I was always together with him but it’s been good for us, just to become more mature. I used to ask him all the time if I needed something but now I need more of my own mind so I’ve grown more mature,” said Rafael Da Silva of Manchester United in a recent interview.
